The outside bore is 22.17 mm with 13.38 mm inside bore. The REPLICA is the most solid compared to its competitors, which are mostly made off 4 mm. The extremes of this handelbar are drilled out at 14 mm to allow the fitting of accessoiries.

In every case, every end of the tube and the inner side, has been smooth off. Before transformation of the tube, it is polished in order to adjust the outside bore at 22.17 mm with a tolerance of +/- 0.03 mm. This prevents all problems at the fitting, as there is no tolerance possible with the clamps. 

Knurling at a length of 100 mm, on the left end of the pilot, is made for all handlebars. Its used to grasp the plastic grip. Afterwards, the final shape of the handlebar is made at a CNC machine. The final colour is made through a shiny anodisation.

The graduations are printed on the handlebar, so the pilot can centre and adjust according to his personal preferences.

A reinforcement bare made of aluminium with a diameter 13 mm, accompanied by a screw with a brake net and a nut, is fitted with the casted clamps. The clamps are gleud to the bar. A contribution of special glue for aluminium contact is inserted between the inside of the clamp and the surface of the handlebar before tightening to improve the fixing and the tenacity in the time while reducing the risk of aluminium lesion. Finally the bare will be accompanied by a safety AFAM slipcover.
